Developed by Chanel Reyes, the method fuses the foundational principles of strength training + conditioning with the principles and elements of barre, pilates and Lagree.

Our process.

Our process is designed to build muscle strength, endurance and definition, while improving posture, alignment, and movement efficiency. Every class, program, and private session follows the same framework. So the results are consistent, measurable, and sustainable.

How you move matters as much as what you lift. By controlling tempo and time under tension, we deepen muscle engagement, sharpen mind–muscle connection, and build strength with precision.
