Step One: The movement assessment.
You don’t choose your path - it’s prescribes based on what your body actually shows. Book the assessment and we’ll take it from here.
Step Two: One of two paths.
The assessment determines which path is right for your body and your goals. Neither is better than the other - they serve different women at different moments. The right one is the one that matches what your body actually needs right now.

Before anything else, you come in for a Movement Assessment. This is how I get to know your body. And how you decide whether working together is right. This isn’t an intake form. it’s the first sessions.
First Session
01. History and Goals: we talk through your movement history, injuries, hormonal context, and what you’re actually working towards.
02.Movement Screen: I watch how you move. Where you compensate, where you collapse, where strength is absent, where tension lives. The body tells the truth here.
03.The Read-Out: I tell you exactly what I found. You leave understanding your body in a way you likely didn’t before.
04.The Suggested Route: Based on what I found and what you’ve told you’re working towards, I prescribe one of two paths. This is where the programs begins.
60 minutes: $120.00

For the woman whose primary obstacle is movement dysfunction. Something is compensating, misfiring, or has been quietly breaking down under load. The goal here is to fix the foundation - to get the right muscles firing in the right way before we ask them to do real work.
Body composition follows naturall once the correct tissue is activated. Most women who’ve been training for years and not seeing results are in this category without knowing it.
12 sessions over 6 weeks (2x/week): $900.00

For the woman who wants visible, lasting change - and is prepared to give her body the frequency and time it tactually takes to produce it. This is the full SBM training method: cycle-aware programming, progressive overload, and a training structure built around how your body works, not against it.
3 sessions per week is the minimum for real adaptation. Two program lengths are available - 8 weeks to build momentum, 12 weeks to complete the transformation.
Path B is prescribed when:
The assessment reveals movement quality is sufficient to load progressively
Your primary goal is visible body changes - definition, recomposition, strength that shows
You have PSOC, endo or a hormonal condition that standard programs or group training haven’t accounted for
You’ve been training for consistently but your results don’t match your effort
You’re ready to commit to 3x per week and give the program the time it actually needs
8-week Recomposition
24 sessions, 3x per week : $1,800.00
12 weeks Recomposition
36 sessions, 4x per week: $2,400.00

Stretch therapy is not passive relaxation—it’s a targeted intervention. These sessions are designed to improve mobility, reduce tension, and restore range of motion where your body needs it most to support strength and recovery.
What we focus on:
Restricted joints and tight tissue limiting movement
Improving range of motion
Nervous system regulation and breath integration
Recovery support for training and daily life
What to expect:
One-on-one, guided assisted stretching
Targeted work based on your movement needs
Improvements in mobility and ease of movement
A calmer, more responsive body post-session
25-mins: $50 (existing clients only) 50-mins: $110
Four Phases. Every time.
Scan
A quick read on what your body brought into the room today. We adjust accordingly - this is where the individualization happens, session to session.
Wake
Targeted activation for the day’s work. We bring the right tissues online before we ask it to perform under load.
Build
Progressive strength work. Three to four movements coached on position and load as you earn it. This is the core of the session.
Integrate
Mobility or breath work that close the session and consolidates what we use built. Not a cool-down, but a landing.
